About Our Special Guest: Evangelist Ardelia Deloney is a member of Victory Apostolic Church, located in Matteson, IL., under the Pastorate of Rev. Andrew D. Singleton Jr. She has been saved and Holy Ghost filled for 37 yrs. She answered the call to the Ministry in 1989, and God has anointed her to go forth in the power of the Holy Spirit in the Preaching and Teaching of His Word, as well as Ministering in the Prophetic.
Evangelist Deloney has ministered at various International Conventions and is also a Conference Speaker. Evangelist Deloney is a Licensed Ordained Evangelist. She received her Theological Credentials from Aenon Bible College and is a graduate of Dixmore Bible Institute. She received a Bachelor’s Degree in Biblical Studies from Chicagoland Christian Bible Institute and Theological Seminary. She also received a Masters Degree in Theology from Covington Theological Seminary, Summa cum laude, and is a recipient of the Prestigious Covington Presidents Award.
Evangelist Deloney is also the Founder and Teacher of “Warriors in Action Outreach Ministries”, where she teaches others the importance of Spiritual Warfare and Deliverance. She has been a Prayer Warrior with an International Intercessory Prayer Network for many years, and is also a Christian Counseling Advisor, and Mentor for a countless number of young adults. She is a member of the Ministerial Alliance at Victory Apostolic and has also been a Network Coordinator for Victory’s Women’s Dept. Presently she is serving with V.COM (Outreach), the Christian Education Dept., and is the Chaplain for Victory’s Spiritual Care Ministries.
