Enforces discipline, technical procedures, organizational structure, compliance, and leadership philosophy through lean process improvement strategies Forecast Data Analyst. He also Forecasts Data Analyst Schedules & sources 38,000 personnel & equipment requirements to support The National Defense Strategy
Senior Master Sergeant Shamon Seals is responsible for communicating, creating duty descriptions, advertising, conducting interviews, reviewing records, and hiring personnel, Coordinating & Attends Weekly/Monthly Executive Level Operations Meetings, Managing Organizations Awards Programs…Amassed 25 Team Awards in 11 months
Sr. Master Sergeant Shamon D Seals grew up in Chicago Illinois and entered the Air Force in December 1998.
Sr. Mstr Sergeant Seals has deployed to Bahrain twice, Turkey, Afghanistan, and Arba Minch Ethiopia.
Sr. Mstr Seargeant is married to his High School Sweetheart Jamila Seals (Garner-Seals), and they have 2 loving sons, Shamon Jr., (Shaybo) Seals, and Jahmir Seals.
