Apostle Fred Brian Kisubi is the founder of Doves of Destiny Ministries International, an Inter-Denominational Ministry whose mandate is to equip, empower, and release the Holy Spirit for effective service in the Vineyard of Jesus Christ.
Apostle Fred Brian Kisubi: accepted Jesus Christ at 13 years old, and he was called to preach, teach and serve God at 14 years of age. He entered full-time ministry at 20 in 1998.
Apostle Fred Brian Kisubi has been conducting conferences, seminars, outreach ministries, and crusades across the world; mainly in Africa and Asia.
Apostle’s vision is to know Christ and to make Him known throughout the world –
Apostle Kisubi holds a degree in theology and an Honorary Doctor of Divinity from Breakthrough International Bible University.
Apostle Kisubi is also the Director of Doves Destiny School of Ministry in Uganda. The founder and general Overseer of “Dove’s Freedom Center Church.
